Police officer shares video of man singing romantic song to mollify his wife – at a police station

Policemen can be romantics at heart. Madhur Verma, DCP Delhi Police, tweeted this video, saying: “A couple had a fight. Few months back, wife filed a case against her husband in Jhansi. But husband sang a song for her in the police station and convinced her. Love triumphs (sic)”.

According to a report, the woman had filed a complaint against her husband at the local police station. The nature of the complaint remains unclear. After the couple arrived at the family counselling centre, the man began to sing an Atif Aslam number from the Hindi film Badlapur. His wife melted visibly, and even the police who were present celebrated the happy reunion before sending them home.
