A tell-all video (above), released by rebel BJP MP and former Indian cricketer Kirti Azad in a press conference on Sunday, suggested that there have been various irregularities in the functioning of the Delhi and District Cricket Administration.

Azad has been on a collision course with Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, who headed the DDCA for 13 years, accusing the minister of turning a blind eye to the corruption that allegedly flourished under his reign.

Azad was accompanied by former Indian cricketer Bishen Singh Bedi who has also spoken out strongly against corruption within the Delhi cricket body. The video, which credits WikiLeaks4India and Hindi newspaper Sun Star, suggested that the DDCA conducted transactions with various companies which had fake addresses. It also claimed that a laptop and a printer were hired for Rs 16000 and Rs 3000 daily.

However, Azad hastened to add that he did not have any "personal animosity" with anyone and only wanted to campaign against corruption.
