It is set in the office of the building secretary, and captures the increasingly absurd questions that are posed to the young women looking to get clearance from the society to rent a flat. This is their 127th attempt.

Things take a turn for the worse. News channels are involved. And the building secretary condemns "today's generation" for what they are doing to the nation.
