Premier Futsal this year might have seen a superb, five-star, virtuoso performance from Ronaldinho but Thursday's match between Chennai 5's and Kochi 5's saw arguably the best match of the tournament.

Chennai needed to win by two goals to book a semi-final spot and it seemed they had just about managed it. Camilo made it 1-0 with a fierce shot and Nanda doubled the lead in the 18th minute. With less than four minutes on the clock, Kochi looked down and out.

And then this happened.

With time running out fast, an excellent goal from Moraes gave Kochi a lifeline before a lovely through pass to Chaguinha from him made it 2-2. With one minute left, Chennai took the lead again with a shot from Falcao.

Then, under tremendous drama, in the dying moments of added time, Chaguinha erupted from nowhere to smash home a long-rage shot to make it 3-3. The celebrations from Kochi after the goal were incredible as the draw booked their spot in the semis. From nowhere, they had snatched victory from defeat.

In the other match, the Goa 5's comprehensively swept past the Bengaluru's 5 3-0 to make their way to the semis. Ronaldinho's former team-mate Cafu was making his debut and he was in the thick of things throughout. Goa's goals were scored by Michael Silva in the tenth minute, Rafael in the 21st minute and Vampeta in the 39th minute.
